Huntington National Bank is seeking a Regional Banking Relationship Manager IV to expand and deepen business banking relationships in the Dayton area. You will guide owners, structure loans, and cross-sell across the bank’s products.

The role focuses on mid-to-large sales sizes, cross-functional collaboration, and pricing discussions. Strong credit judgment and leadership are essential to mentor junior RM colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years Business Banking or Commercial experience.
• Knowledge of business banking products, credit and negotiation.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquires new, profitable business relationships through prospecting and insights.
• Builds a robust network of local market COI relationships.
• Analyze, structure and close complex loan transactions.
• Maintain credit worthiness of customers.
• Gather and review documentation from applicants.
• Manage relationships with existing customers with insights and guidance.
• Portfolio management and quarterly reviews including CAR and document collection.
• Collaborate with Loan Center and Servicing to ensure credit package accuracy.
• Represent the bank at community events and with internal partners.
