Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4 year of education and Business Banking/ Commercial lending experience).
• 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience.
• Well-versed in complex commercial credits with 10+ years Business Banking or Commercial sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquires new, profitable business relationships through aggressive prospecting and insights for business owners.
• Analyze, structure and close profitable loan transactions of the most complex nature in Regional Banking.
• Maintain and confirm credit worthiness of customers and gather required documentation.
• Deepens existing relationships through internal partnerships and providing insightful advice and guidance.
• Portfolio management with quarterly reviews and loan documentation coordination.
