Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4 year education plus Business Banking/Commercial lending experience).
• 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience.
• Well-versed in complex commercial credits with 10+ years Business Banking or Commercial sales experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Acquire new, profitable business relationships through aggressive prospecting and advisory insights.
• Analyze, structure and close profitable loan transactions of high complexity.
• Maintain and confirm credit worthiness of customers; collect and review required documentation.
• Manage a book of existing business customers with focus on larger sales and credit exposures up to $25M.
