Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years Business Banking or Commercial experience.
• Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships and cross-sell solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain profitable Business Banking relationships with clients.
• Prospect new business and deepen existing relationships.
• Meet with business owners to assess needs and negotiate pricing/fees.
• Coordinate loan approvals and deliver solutions via internal partners.
• Monitor portfolios and ensure credit quality and timely collections.
