Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Senior Manager for Aftersales Field Operations (Southern region) to drive strategic initiatives across parts, service, and customer experience. You will coordinate NHQ programs at the regional and retail level, aiming for superior KPI attainment.

In this role, you will lead regional after-sales improvements, manage stakeholder relations, and develop action plans with AMMs and dealers, while ensuring alignment with Genesis policies.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional and NHQ initiatives and operations.
• Lead regional after sales and customer experience improvement efforts.
• Coordinate with departments and regions to share learnings and opportunities.
• Monitor retailer performance and adherence to policies across Parts, Inventory, Training, Warranty, and Customer Satisfaction.
• Develop regional staff through onboarding and training.
• Generate regional reporting for NHQ and support ad-hoc projects.
