Job summary

Hyundai Motor Company seeks a Manager, Genesis After-Sales to serve as the liaison between Genesis Motor America and Genesis stores, improving retailer performance in customer retention, satisfaction, parts and service profitability.

You will analyze operations, implement programs, and support retailers through policies and procedures to ensure a well-managed, profitable parts and service network. Extensive travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years automotive wholesale experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Genesis Motor America and Genesis stores to improve retailer performance.
• Analyze retailer parts and service operations; identify deficiencies; recommend improvements.
• Communicate objectives and assist retailers in programs and policies.
• Provide technical support on warranty and goodwill procedures.
• Monitor retailer performance and report on progress.
• Maximize parts and accessory sales in the district.
• Represent Genesis Motor America in BBB and lemon law matters; assist attorneys.
• Support training attendance and participation in regional classes.
