Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Manager, After-Sales to serve as the liaison between Genesis Motor America and Genesis stores. The role aims to improve retailer performance in customer retention, parts and service profitability, and program compliance.

You will analyze operations, propose corrective actions, and support retailers through policies and training. The position requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, extensive automotive wholesale experience, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Five to seven years of experience, at least three in automotive wholesale.
• Industry knowledge – automotive retail.
• Demonstrates understanding of dealer sales/service/parts operations and financial services.
• Strong written and oral communication; proficient in Windows-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Regularly contact retailers to communicate, implement and administer GMA programs, policies and procedures.
• Monitor retailer performance regarding customer retention, parts sales, and service profitability.
• Provide technical support to verify vehicle operating issues and warranty repair procedures.
• Authorize discretionary spending for parts and goodwill expenses within Genesis policies.
• Analyze customer disputes and identify corrective actions to improve satisfaction and profits.
• Represent Genesis Motor America in BBB and Lemon Law cases; assist attorneys when needed.
