Qualifications

• Eight or more years of automotive operations or field experience.
• Luxury dealership experience is a plus.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to dealers and regional teams.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead Genesis VOC and quality escalation program across the organization.
• Coordinate solutions with GMA, HMA, MOBIS, GLOVIS and partners to ensure timely resolutions.
• Digitize VOC escalation strategy to improve visibility and reporting.
• Define KPIs and timelines for VOC and product quality initiatives.
• Attend quality meetings and participate in governance activities.
• Prepare and deliver monthly and executive reports for leadership reviews.
