Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Regional Account Executive for Convenience & AFH in the US. The role targets revenue and distribution growth for AFH, convenience, and food service channels.

The candidate must be a proactive doer with strong organization and negotiation skills, capable of leading brokers and distributors while managing trade budgets and promotions. Qualifications

• 3+ years as an RSFM or RSM in food/beverage industry.
• Bachelor's Degree or related experience preferred.
• Experience with multiple retail environments preferred.
• AFH and Convenience Channels experience preferred.
• Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfortable with large data sets.
• Experience in sales planning and forecasting.
• Ability to manage projects and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Total sales and P&L responsibility for key distributors and retailers.
• Drive distribution initiatives for product categories.
• Direct distributors, brokers, and internal resources to meet objectives.
• Manage account budgets in proportion to sales revenue.
• Deliver distribution, shelf, pricing, and promotional objectives.
• Plan monthly calendar with travel to retailer/broker/distributor events.
• Oversee broker management and quarterly business reviews.
• Represent the company at national/regional trade shows.
