Barcel USA seeks an AFH Regional Sales Manager - East to develop and execute regional sales strategies across the Eastern United States. You will lead broker networks, drive distributor gains, and partner with Marketing and R&D to launch products.

The role requires strong foodservice knowledge, broker management experience, and a track record of achieving annual sales targets through strategic account development and field leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 5–10 years of foodservice sales experience.
• Experience managing broker organizations and distributor relationships.
• Strong understanding of AFH market segments and foodservice distribution systems.

• Develop regional sales strategies that deliver annual sales, profit, and distribution objectives.
• Lead broker organizations and conduct reviews and territory planning.
• Drive distribution gains and operator penetration across Eastern US.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Innovation to launch new products and programs.
• Represent Barcel USA at regional and national foodservice trade shows.
