Job summary

A Trane Technologies, líder mundial em soluções HVAC, está buscando um Lead Refrigeration Systems Engineer para a divisão Trane Commercial Systems. O profissional será responsável pelo design de sistemas de refrigeração e integração de componentes, modelagem de desempenho e liderança de projetos.

O papel envolve DFMEA, DVP&R, teste de validação, colaboração com equipes de Chiller Engineering em La Crosse e apoio a fábricas e fornecedores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; 10+ years in engineering.
• HVAC systems knowledge including water-to-water/chillers.
• Experience with BOMs, specs, manufacturing.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Design and innovate HVAC refrigeration systems meeting performance and sustainability goals.
• Lead major system development projects and gate reviews.
• Develop lab test plans and analyze data using Six Sigma.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor others.
• Support field and factory issue resolution.
