The role involves business development activities and leadership responsibilities across projects. The ideal candidate holds a PE license with 9–10 years of experience, and is proficient in Revit and Bluebeam Revu, with a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, fire protection, or architectural engineering with 9 years of relevant experience, or 10 years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer license is required and may count toward experience.
• Additional certifications such as BEMP, CPD, CDP, NICET, or RCDD are preferred.
• FE exam is preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or direct simple to complex design documents, layouts, schematics and specs.
• Lead design efforts from concept through completion.
• Review shop drawings for conformance to plans.
• Propose feasible systems or equipment and evaluate products.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced designers.
