Henderson Engineers is seeking a mid-level to experienced Refrigeration Designer to contribute expertise across six market sectors. You will integrate engineering knowledge with the field experience of Henderson Building Solutions to deliver a client experience unmatched in the industry.

We emphasize proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, CAD tools, and HVAC design software while encouraging ongoing learning and collaboration with partners to support business growth and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3 years of experience, or 6 years without degree.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu.
• CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and HVAC design software (IESVE, Trane Trace).

Responsibilities

• Performs calculations and designs basic to advanced engineering systems.
• Prepares electrical system layouts, drawings, and schematics.
• Reviews shop drawings for conformance to plans and specs.
• Researches feasibility of systems or equipment and evaluates products.
• Supports business development and maintains relationships with strategic partners.
• Pursues continuous learning of industry software including Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office.
• May assist with project coordination (emails, scope/schedule, client meetings, quality, questions).
• Acts as a resource for training others.

Education

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, fire protection or architectural engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) license
