You will mentor staff, support business development, and lead design from concept through completion with responsibility for quality, scope, and schedule. Qualified candidates have a PE license, a bachelor's degree in engineering, proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu, and 9+ years of relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 9+ years of relevant experience or 10+ years with high school diploma or equivalent.
• PE license required; may count toward 1 year of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design, codes, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and direct design documents, layouts, drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Lead projects from concept through completion with cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Mentor and supervise designers and engineers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Support business development and client interactions as needed.
