Qualifications

• 5+ years of growing leadership and program management experience.
• Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and applying data to drive program strategy and decision making.
• Working knowledge of criminal justice and workforce development systems.
• Comfortable with technology including Google Suite and Salesforce.
• Commitment to CEO's mission and values, with emphasis on social impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily vocational operations at the local site and delivery of vocational services to participants, ensuring effectiveness of model delivery.
• Monitor and supervise site progress, using CRM to forecast and measure performance.
• Hire, supervise, and support a diverse local team to achieve program outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with local agencies and partners to support holistic participant services.
