Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced program manager to supervise case managers, guide individualized service plans, and ensure accurate data entry across our nonprofit programs.

You will oversee staff development, conduct regular supervision, and maintain trauma-informed, equity-centered practices while coordinating with leadership to align operations with grant requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a program manager role or equivalent.
• Experience supervising case managers or direct service staff in a human services environment.
• Strong knowledge of case management systems and data quality oversight.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to hold staff accountable with supportive leadership.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, equity-centered, participant-driven service delivery.
• Clear communication across diverse teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a program manager role or equivalent
• Experience supervising case managers or direct service staff in a human services, nonprofit, or reentry-focused environment
• Strong working knowledge of case management systems, documentation standards, and data quality oversight
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable holding staff accountable while providing supportive leadership
