Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus three years of related experience in rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and database/spreadsheet software.
• Strong communication, leadership and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of management principles, safety, and client rights.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate program staffing through scheduling, recruitment, and hiring.
• Provide supervision, evaluation, and training of staff.
• Oversee daily operations, case management, and advocacy to ensure timely, quality service.
• Maintain communications with clients, families, providers, and funders.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, payroll, and compliance reporting.
• Conduct tours, client intakes, and respond to safety regulations.
• May act in absence of manager and perform special projects.
