Proman Staffing Perm LLC is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to lead a team of recruiters and on-site supervisors, ensuring timely placement of qualified temporary employees at client sites.

The role involves coaching staff, managing performance, coordinating recruiting plans, and supporting branch operations while maintaining compliance with unemployment and workers’ compensation policies. Travel to client sites may be required.

Formación

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Experience managing a recruiting team preferred.
• Experience with staffing and timekeeping systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Recruiters and On-Site Supervisors, directing performance.
• Ensure timely placement of qualified temporary employees at client sites.
• Manage branch operations with the Branch Manager/RVP.
• Oversee payroll processing and branch expenses.
• Coordinate recruitment plans and client relations.
• Ensure compliance with unemployment and workers’ compensation requirements.
