Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking an in-house temporary Onsite Recruiting Manager to join the On-Site Management team. This role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and delivering exceptional customer service to candidates, associates, and client staff at the on-site account.

The successful candidate will lead recruiting plans, conduct interviews, and ensure compliant documentation while collaborating with the client team to meet headcount and staffing goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting for on-site accounts and staffing needs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site recruiting plans to meet staffing requirements for the client.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and orientation of temporary staff.
• Collaborate with client staff to assess staffing needs and forecast headcount.
• Write job postings and manage social media to attract candidates.
• Screen applicants and conduct interviews per client requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the company system.
• Greet new hires and facilitate introductions to client supervisors.
