Job summary

Proman Staffing Perm LLC is seeking an On-Site Supervisor to manage on-site operations, direct day-to-day service, and lead Proman staff at a client site.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the client to build relationships, overseeing hiring/training, payroll, scheduling, and performance reporting; ensuring safety and compliance.

This role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to travel within the facility as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• AA or BA in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in staffing or customer service.
• Experience with time keeping systems and business reports.
• Independent worker with the ability to manage competing demands.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day client-site operations and Proman staffing employees.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build strong working relationships.
• Direct recruiting, scheduling, payroll records, and performance reporting.
• Monitor safety, compliance and incident reporting.
• Collaborate with branch management on policies and training.
• Travel within facility as needed.
