Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter for its Workforce Solutions team. The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding and customer service for an on-site account, handling decisions on hiring and placement of temporary staff.

You will manage postings, outreach and candidate screening while aligning with client staff on-site. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in customer service, staffing, or HR, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, staffing, or human resources.
• Experience with on-site recruiting and client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruiting tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruiting, hiring, onboarding and customer service at an on-site account.
• Develop recruiting plans and forecast hiring needs for the client.
• Write job postings and maintain social media for recruiting engagement.
• Screen, interview and place candidates; greet new hires and coordinate with client.
• Document employee records and ensure data accuracy in company systems.
