Proman Staffing Perm LLC is seeking a Direct Hire Recruiter in Charlotte, NC to identify, attract, interview, and place top talent across industries. You will partner with hiring managers, clients, and sales teams to deliver effective recruiting solutions and a superior candidate experience.

The role requires strong relationship-building, a consultative approach, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment with onsite visits as needed.

Competenze

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, staffing agency or corporate recruiting preferred.
• Experience recruiting for professional, skilled trades, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, administrative, or industrial roles.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and stay organized.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Conduct client intake meetings to understand requirements, culture, and compensation.
• Develop recruiting strategies for each search.
• Source active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skills and fit.
• Present qualified candidates with summaries and recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with clients and candidates.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and close candidates.
• Maintain post-placement follow-up for onboarding and retention.
• Travel for local onsite client visits as needed.
