The requirements

We’re interested in commercially successful agency recruiters with:

• A demonstrable history of winning new business
• Experience recruiting across Technology, Finance, GTM or another specialist market
• Strong personal billing performance
• Confidence engaging with founders, executives and senior decision-makers
• The ability to operate independently within a high-performance environment

Previous experience in every listed sector isn’t necessary. Strong business development skills, commercial judgement and a proven recruitment track record are considerably more important.
