AT Talent - Rec2Rec in New York City is seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter to join our growing NY operation. This is an onsite role with three days in the office, focused on high-impact tech placements across AI, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud and Data.

You’ll enjoy real autonomy to develop your desk, own client relationships, and shape the business. Expect a strong base salary plus a generous earning potential from billing, with leadership involvement and room to advance.

• Experienced tech recruiters with a strong billing track record, commercial ambition and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Senior or principal level with proven success in tech recruitment.
• Willingness to work in NYC with onsite presence.
