• Commercially successful agency recruiters with a proven track record.
• Experience recruiting across Technology, Finance, GTM or related specialist markets.
• Strong personal billing performance and revenue generation.
• Confidence engaging founders, executives and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and build a specialist client portfolio across tech, AI, finance and GTM domains.
• Recruit across Technology, Finance, GTM and executive-level roles.
• Engage with founders and senior decision-makers to secure retained assignments.
• Develop and manage relationships to build a substantial personal billing desk.
