• $80,000–$100,000 base salary, depending on experience

A different level of recruitment

You’ll operate across senior Legal appointments, including Law Firm Partners, General Counsel, In-House Legal Leadership and strategic team acquisitions.

Rather than competing for low-value vacancies, you’ll develop relationships with influential decision-makers and work on assignments where a single successful placement can generate significant revenue.

The business combines an established international reputation with an ambitious US expansion strategy, creating an opportunity to establish yourself early within its Miami operation.

Who we’re looking for

• Proven agency recruitment or executive search experience
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Demonstrable success generating recruitment fees
• Confidence engaging with senior executives and decision-makers
• Commercial ambition and an appetite for substantial earnings

Previous Legal recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. Recruiters from other specialist markets with strong business development experience will be considered.
