The recruited talent will span multiple business groups, leveraging market trends and analytics to shape recruiting plans, ensuring SLAs are met and high-quality hires are delivered for critical roles

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex recruiting strategies and initiatives, even when ambiguous.
• Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process and best practices.
• Partner with Sourcers to build passive candidate sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate experience from prep to close.
• Coordinate prebriefs, onsite interviews and debriefs.
• Close complex offers in competitive markets.
• Monitor vacancies, pipeline, funnel conversion, and time to fill.
• Oversee interviewer pool and coordinate with hiring managers as needed.
• Write recruiting plans with deliverables and timelines and present them to stakeholders.
• Use market data to guide talent strategies and respond to business needs.
• Report insights on metrics and performance indicators.
