Job summary

Amazon is seeking a data-driven recruiter to support AWS recruitment at scale from Seattle. You will partner with teams to design sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies, recruit passive candidates, and manage offers with a focus on ROI and candidate experience.

You will build strong candidate pipelines, interview rigorously, and contribute to best-practice projects across the recruiting function, while aligning with compensation and business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
• Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
• Recruit passive candidates and gauge fit and motivation
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research
• Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates with high interview-to-offer ratios
• Collaborate with business, HR, and Compensation to determine salary ranges and negotiate compensation
• Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives to improve interviewing techniques and sourcing
