Amazon is seeking a Sr. Recruiting Business Partner to collaborate with Sourcers, partner with Hiring Managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. You will lead talent attraction strategies and benchmarks, delivering high-quality hires across business groups.

The role requires exceptional consultation and analytics, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to operate in ambiguity. This position can be based in Seattle, Santa Clara, San Diego, or at one of our regional

Qualifications

5+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience.
Experience across other functional areas such as diversity recruiting, research or analytics.
Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute complex recruiting strategies and initiatives, which can be ambiguous.
Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process, external demographics and participation expectations.
Partner with Sourcers to build effective passive candidate sourcing strategies.
Manage the candidate experience from prep to close.
Participate in prebriefs, onsite interviews and debriefs.
Effectively conduct, negotiate and close offers in competitive markets.
Monitor vacancies, pipeline, allocation, funnel conversion, time to fill, and quality of hire.
Provide oversight of interviewer pool and coordinate with Hiring Managers.
Write recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines and tracking processes.
