Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Recruiting Business Partner (RBP) to collaborate with Sourcers, hiring managers, and internal partners to attract and close top talent across multiple channels.

The role emphasizes talent strategy, market data, and stakeholder partnership, with responsibility for end-to-end recruitment, building sourcing plans, and delivering against challenging timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience across other functional areas of talent acquisition, ideally diversity recruiting, research or analytics.
• Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.

Mansioni

• Lead and execute complex recruiting strategies and initiatives.
• Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process, external demographics and set expectations for participation and best practices.
• Partner with Sourcers to build effective passive candidate sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate experience from prep to close.
• Conduct prebriefs, onsite interviews and debriefs.
• Close complex offers in competitive markets.
• Monitor vacancies, pipeline, funnel conversion, time to fill and quality of hire.
