Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting coordination or similar high-volume role
• Experience with ATS and scheduling tools (Ashby, ModernLoop)
• Comfortable with data modeling and dashboards
• Familiar with AI-assisted recruitment tools

Responsibilities

• Schedule end-to-end tech screens, onsites and founder/exec chats
• Protect founder and exec time and manage availability queues
• Maintain interviewer roster and balance load
• Develop the recruiting data system and dashboards
• Run daily 15-minute talent stand-ups
