Job summary

Generalist AI in San Mateo is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to keep our interview process smooth and welcoming. You\'ll work across San Mateo and Boston time zones, scheduling every stage of interviews and ensuring clear communication with candidates.

You will partner with HR and IT on offer logistics, help manage travel, and maintain Ashby templates and plans, while keeping privacy and candidate experience at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 1+ year coordinating high-volume interviews.
• Experience with Ashby scheduling, interview plans, templates, and pools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling of interview stages across multiple offices and time zones.
• Be the main guide and friendly contact for candidates throughout their journey.
• Coordinate travel and expenses for visiting candidates.
• Maintain Ashby configurations: stage accuracy, interview plans, templates, and links.
• Balance interviewer workloads by fair scheduling and expanding pools when needed.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve delays in scheduling pipelines.
• Support offer logistics, from background checks to welcome notes and swag.
• Protect candidate privacy at every step.
