Harvey is building a next-generation platform for legal and professional services, trusted by 1000+ customers in 58+ countries. We’re seeking a Senior Recruiting Operations Analyst to own analytics, systems, and automation as we hire at scale.

You’ll oversee Ashby, drive AI-enabled recruiting workflows, and develop dashboards and forecasting models. This role partners with Recruiting, People, and Finance to support headcount planning and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Recruiting Operations, BizOps, Sales Ops, People Analytics, FinOps, or similar roles with strong analytical and systems responsibilities.
• Experience administering an ATS (Ashby preferred), including workflow configuration, automation design, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience building dashboards, reporting structures, or data models that influence decision-making.
• Comfort using automation and AI-supported tools to streamline processes and improve accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage Ashby, including workflows, automations, integrations, and ongoing system performance.
• Implement automation and AI-enabled processes across the recruiting lifecycle to reduce manual work and improve operational consistency.
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that give clear visibility into funnel performance, recruiter activity, interviewer utilization, and hiring forecasts.
• Develop the data infrastructure needed for accurate headcount tracking, operational metrics, and long-term planning.
• Ensure Ashby and Workday remain aligned through accurate data flow, reconciliation of positions, and system consistency as hiring scales.
• Analyze recruiting and operational trends, offering insights that inform strategy and support decision-making for Recruiting, People, and Finance.
• Improve and document core recruiting processes, focusing on scalability, standardization, and removing friction for both candidates and internal teams.
• Evaluate and support the rollout of new tools to improve efficiency and system reliability.
