Harvey is building category-defining AI products for legal professionals. We’re seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to scale senior leadership hiring across functions and regions. You will partner with founders, executives, and VPs to attract exceptional leadership talent from department heads to senior executives.

This highly visible role combines deep relationship building with rigorous research and operational excellence, shaping Harvey’s recruiting strategy and processes as we grow.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of executive recruiting experience.
• Proven success hiring senior leaders in high growth, global, or technology-driven companies.
• Strong research and sourcing capabilities, identifying hard-to-reach executive talent.
• Solid understanding of executive compensation, assessment methodologies, and closing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end executive and senior leadership searches across the organization.
• Partner with founders, executives, and hiring leaders to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategy.
• Build and maintain diverse, high-quality leadership pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
• Deliver a thoughtful, white-glove candidate experience for senior level candidates.
• Collaborate with the Head of Executive Recruiting and other recruiters to align on priorities, strategy, and execution.
• Manage and partner with external search firms when appropriate.
• Contribute to scalable processes, tools, and metrics for executive hiring.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to leadership to inform hiring decisions.
