Harvey is seeking a Senior Analyst, Recruiting Operations to turn hiring data into decisions leadership can act on. You’ll build capacity models, dashboards, and analyses that show how many recruiters we need, where hiring is slowing, and what to do about it, using Ashby as the main data source.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruiting operations, people analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Hands-on experience with ATS or HRIS tools, Excel, and BI tools.
• Experience building forecasts or capacity models from imperfect data.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and explain them clearly.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration to influence stakeholders and drive action.

• Build and maintain recruiter capacity models that turn hiring plans into staffing recommendations
• Design dashboards and analyses on funnel health, time-to-fill, and recruiter throughput for leadership
• Own the quality of recruiting data across sources, so every report can be trusted
• Surface trends, risks, and opportunities in the data, and recommend what to do about them
• Partner with Finance and People so hiring plans, headcount, and forecasts line up
