You’ll work with Recruiters, Finance, and People leadership to ensure plans and forecasts align with business goals. The role emphasizes ownership, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruiting operations, people analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Hands-on experience with ATS or HRIS tools, Excel, and BI tools
• Experience building forecasts or capacity models from imperfect data.
• Ability to turn an ambiguous business question into a structured analysis and explain it to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong cross-functional skills: influence stakeholders and drive action on findings.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recruiter capacity models that turn hiring plans into staffing recommendations.
• Design dashboards and analyses on funnel health, time-to-fill, and recruiter throughput for leadership.
• Own the quality of recruiting data across sources, so every report can be trusted.
• Surface trends, risks, and opportunities in the data, and propose actions.
• Partner with Finance and People so hiring plans, headcount, and forecasts align.
