Raise is partnering with a client to hire a Senior Recruiting Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Spring, TX. The role focuses on intake, scheduling interviews, travel coordination, and ATS updates. Pay rate is $30-$34/hour on W2.

This contract position supports a busy recruiting team and requires strong organizational skills. Candidate will serve as day-of support, ensure timely communication with candidates and interviewers, and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting coordination experience.
• Familiar with ATS systems.
• High-volume coordination experience.
• Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Intake & Ticket Management: monitor ticketing system, triage requests, assign to coordination team.
• Scheduling: coordinate initial, second, and onsite interviews; gather availability from candidate, interviewers, and executives.
• Communications: send confirmations to stakeholders and maintain timely updates.
• Day-of Support: be primary contact for scheduling conflicts, no-shows, and candidate issues; update ATS accordingly.
• Travel Coordination: confirm travel arrangements and troubleshoot travel-related scheduling issues.
• Post-Onsite Coordination: schedule debriefs within 48 hours and log details in ATS.
