Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals across our high-tech manufacturing environment. You will partner with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

You will coach leaders, manage complex employee relations, and support talent development, DEI, and culture programs as we scale operations in a fast-growing data center

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years as an HRBP.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or high-tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
• Lead talent review and succession planning processes for assigned client groups.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, and career progression.
• Support compliance activities including audits, investigations, and employee relations.
