Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter in Houston to lead full-cycle recruitment, partnering with business leaders and HR to attract, engage and hire top talent. This role goes beyond execution, acting as a strategic advisor to align hiring with priorities and build strong candidate experiences.

You will source proactively, develop recruitment plans, advise managers on market trends, and ensure compliant processes using ATS.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent through direct sourcing, industry networks, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned to business priorities and workforce needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and advise on market trends.
• Assess candidates against role requirements, competencies and organizational fit to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions and best practices.
• Leverage ATS and recruiting tools to track, manage, and report on candidate activity in compliance with EEO and policies.
• Enhance the candidate experience through timely communication and a professional process.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency and outcomes.
• Support broader talent acquisition initiatives and projects as needed.

The Senior Corporate Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts at CEVA, partnering closely with business leaders and HR to attract, engage, and hire high-quality talent across key roles. This position goes beyond execution, serving as a strategic advisor to the business by aligning hiring strategies with organizational priorities, proactively building talent pipelines, and delivering a strong candidate experience. The role is accountable for driving efficient, compliant recruiting processes while ensuring all activities align with company policies, employment laws, and CEVA’s core values.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Lead proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent through direct sourcing, industry networks, referrals, and targeted outreach

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education & Experience

• High School Degree or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience recruiting for senior level roles
• 7+ years of recruiting experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job-specific software.
• Hybrid work option 4 days in office and 1 remote
• Limited travel

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven track record in recruiting high-quality candidates for senior level and corporate roles
• Strong ability to source passive candidates
• Ability to establish and maintain strong, credible relationships with business leaders by demonstrating deep understanding of their functions, goals, and talent needs
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multifunctional and diverse backgrounds
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with the capability to influence and persuade key stakeholders in candidate hiring decisions
• Strong time management and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task
• Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
