About the Role:

Are you a driven recruitment professional ready to drive business growth? We are seeking a high-energy Senior Agency Recruiter to join our Top-Ranked District 39 in Rocklin Ca.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and build pipeline channels using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referral programs, and targeted outreach.
• Manage Job postings, including pausing, reopening, and closing postings as needed based on applicant volume and position status.
• Retrieve phone messages, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews.
• Coordinate and monitor pre-employment screenings to support timely onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date applicant activity in the recruiting spreadsheet, documenting each call, voicemail, email, follow-up, and candidate outcome.
• Prepare clear interview notes and submit qualified candidates to the appropriate hiring manager.
• Conduct initial phone screenings using approved screening questions and complete the required screening form for each call.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3–5+ years of proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist in a corporate or agency environment.
• Ability to manage multiple active roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with hiring platforms Indeed, Ideal traits and LinkedIn.
• Effective written and verbal communication/interaction skills
• Proficient in the use of Google email, docs, and presentation software
