Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services is partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand in North Orange County, CA, seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for leadership and corporate roles, building pipelines and partnering with operations leadership to shape hiring strategy.

You'll drive Store Manager recruitment across multiple states, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and use data to influence decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting leadership-level talent.
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-unit environments preferred.
