CaptivateIQ in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring, shaping our employer brand and scaling recruiting as a strategic partner. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles, partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams and drive data-backed hiring decisions.

You will optimize our ATS, report on pipeline metrics, and champion an exceptional candidate experience, across technical and non-technical functions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth startup or tech company.
• Experience managing pipelines in a modern ATS (e.g., Lever).
• Ability to influence senior leadership and hiring managers to build teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across departments.
• Partner with leaders to translate business needs into recruiting strategies.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines and manage from sourcing to offer.
• Advise hiring teams and design scalable hiring processes with HR.
• Ensure data integrity in ATS and generate reports for decisions.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience at every stage.
