CaptivateIQ is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent team in Austin, TX. You will own end-to-end hiring, shape our employer brand, and scale recruiting as a strategic partner to the business.

You'll lead full-cycle recruiting across a mix of technical and non-technical roles, partnering with leadership to meet hiring goals while building diverse pipelines and refining scalable processes. Competitive total rewards await in Austin.

Qualificações

• 7–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth startup or competitive tech company.
• Experience managing full-cycle pipelines within a modern ATS (e.g., Lever).
• Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leadership and hiring managers to build high-performing teams.
• Ownership mindset with a bias for action and a high level of delivery in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Expertise in building networks and using advanced sourcing tactics, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent organizational skills and a data-focused approach to measure pipeline health and manage expectations.
• Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across technical and non-technical functions.
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating needs into competitive recruiting strategies.
• Build and manage diverse candidate pipelines from sourcing to offer negotiation, using data to inform your approach.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, influencing and collaborating with leadership to build high-performing teams.
• Drive process innovation by partnering with People Operations/HR to design scalable hiring processes.
• Drive day-to-day use and optimization of our ATS, ensuring data integrity and building reports for strategic hiring decisions.
• Champion a world-class candidate experience at every stage of the process.
