Job summary

ZRG Careers is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter in Austin, TX to partner with leaders and deliver creative recruiting strategies. You will act as a trusted talent advisor, guiding the recruitment process and ensuring top talent is hired efficiently.

You will create diverse talent pools, collaborate with the hiring community, and continuously improve the experience for stakeholders, candidates, and new hires. Regular reporting to HR leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
• Ability to partner with business leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
• Knowledge of recruiting tools such as search engines and social media.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and OFCCP guidelines.
• Knowledge of labor market trends, especially in technology.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

• Creating processes and best practices to ensure delivery of diverse talent pools
• Partnering proactively with the hiring community to understand and plan for hiring needs
• Influencing and continuously improving on the experience of internal stakeholders, candidates, and new hires
• Providing regular reporting and metrics updates to hiring community and HR leadership teams

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 8+ years of relevant experience including full life-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate environment
• Demonstrate the ability to partner with business leaders to develop and execute on recruiting strategies
• Possess knowledge of various recruiting tools such as search engines and social media
• Have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and knowledge of OFCCP guidelines
• Be knowledgeable about the labor market and hiring trends, ideally in the technology sector
