Job summary

PointOne is expanding its Talent team in New York to identify and engage top engineering and GTM candidates through outbound sourcing. The role emphasizes strong outreach, fast responses, and close collaboration with recruiters to refine candidate profiles.

You will own end-to-end outreach, manage pipelines, and continually optimize search strategies while delivering a professional, timely candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Degree from a top university.
• 0-2 years of professional experience, with no prior sourcing background required.
• Strong written communication and ability to get busy people to reply.
• High ownership and ability to operate autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted pipelines of engineering and go-to-market candidates through outbound sourcing.
• Write outreach that earns responses from busy, in-demand people.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate on profiles and refine search strategy.
• Track pipeline health and conversion, then feed learnings back into targeting.
• Give every candidate a fast, thoughtful first impression of PointOne.
