Job summary

Highstock is hiring its first dedicated recruiter to build the hiring function from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founder and hiring managers across Growth, Operations, and Engineering to source, screen, and close talent as we scale post-Series A.

This founding role lets you design the process as you go, owning recruiting end-to-end with autonomy and speed, while shaping employer branding as the team grows and the function matures.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in-house at an early-stage startup is ideal.
• Ability to design processes from zero and own hiring.
• Strong communication with senior candidates.
• Comfort with ambiguity and high ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across functions—from sourcing to closing.
• Partner with founder and managers to scope roles and criteria.
• Build recruiting infrastructure: ATS, scorecards, channels, pipelines.
• Source passive candidates for hard-to-fill and leadership roles.
• Manage candidate experience and represent the Highstock brand.
• Track hiring metrics and report to leadership.
• Shape early employer branding and careers content as team grows.
