Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for contract and full-time roles. You will build relationships with managers, source candidates through multiple channels, and drive interview processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related engineering, technical, business, or HR field.
• 5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of education requirement.
• GCSE or equivalent Grade A-C in English and Mathematics.
• Experience recruiting for consulting roles in biotech, pharma, or medical device sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify candidates for contract or employment openings through fairs, databases, recruiting firms, networking, and sourcing sites.
• Provide support and vision to the recruiting/hiring process.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies to achieve staffing levels.
• Meet with managers to develop recruiting plans.
• Screen and refer qualified applicants to hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and manage workload.
• Maintain global applicant tracking system and candidate communications.
• Train managers on interview processes and SOPs.
• Ensure confidentiality and data protection in all hiring activities.
