Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency recruiting, executive search, or comparable technical recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success proactively recruiting and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong phone skills and the ability to build credibility with experienced professionals.
• Clear, direct written communication and the ability to work independently.
• A track record of producing results in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage experienced engineers, designers, and engineering leaders and turn sourced names into interested, qualified candidates.
• Lead in-depth recruiting conversations to assess technical experience, motivation, compensation, notice period, and counteroffer risk.
• Prepare strong candidate submittals, manage candidates through interviews, and debriefs.
• Own the closing process, including compensation pre-close, resignation planning, counteroffer protection, references, and confirmed start dates.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up and ensure every candidate in your pipeline has a clear next step.
