Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter & Portfolio Owner to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This remote role in the United States will own a complex portfolio of technical and cleared hiring needs while partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.

Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annually. You will mentor junior recruiters, drive process improvements, and model AI-assisted recruiting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in full-cycle recruiting for technical, cleared positions up to TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Experience in coaching and developing junior recruiters.
• Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
• Proven experience in improving recruiting processes or workflows.
• Interest in applying AI to recruiting with a clear perspective on its appropriate use.
• Commitment to building diverse candidate slates and interview panels.
• Understanding of federal contract cycles and their impact on hiring.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of technical, cleared requisitions and senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior recruiters to improve their performance.
• Identify and recommend process improvements within the recruiting workflow.
• Deliver strong outcomes on complex or sensitive requisitions with minimal oversight.
• Model AI-assisted recruiting practices and share insights with the team.
• Develop strategies for diverse candidate slates in partnership with hiring teams.
