Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for People Operations, Total Rewards, People Programs, and People Data across multiple offices including Washington, DC. You will partner with hiring managers, build candidate relationships, and drive talent strategy in a fast-moving environment.

You will manage diverse searches, provide market insights, and influence role design while maintaining a candidate-centric process.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-growing environment.
• Direct experience recruiting within the People function (HR, total rewards, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across different functional areas.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to calibrate with hiring managers.
• Data-informed mindset: track pipeline metrics and market intelligence.
• Clear, effective communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
• U.S. Person required due to export-controlled information access.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting across People Operations, Total Rewards, People Programs, and People Data, with flex capacity into R4R during peak periods.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each sub-function.
• Conduct screens to assess depth and fit, with tailored evaluation approaches.
• Manage the interview process from intake through close, coordinating panels and offers.
